Return & Exchange Policy
At Filali Beauty CO LLC, we prioritize the safety and quality of our personal care products. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@filalibeautys.com. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase or have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at info@filalibeautys.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Please note that perishable and personal care items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Refund Policy
All refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of Filali Beauty CO LLC management. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to product damage or discrepancies.
If your refund is approved, you will be notified, and the amount will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note of equal value, redeemable on future purchases.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.
To be eligible for a replacement, one of the following criteria must be met:
•The product is defective
•The product is not as described
In such cases, we may request proof such as photographs, videos, or in some instances, a physical inspection. If the issue does not meet the criteria above, we reserve the right to decline a replacement request.
